Podcast Engine
From the first pitch to a listener on your website.
Being a guest on the right podcast is one of the best ways for an author, coach or founder to reach new people. Getting booked is only the start. I run the whole thing with you: finding shows that fit, the pitch, the prep, the thank-you, a copy you keep, the clips, and the page that brings listeners home to you.
Most help stops at the booking. This keeps going.
Tap any stop, or run it end to end. On the rightUnder each stop is how much of it is on you, which is the point: you show up and talk, and the engine handles the rest.
Your own page for every show
Each person I work with gets a private page on their own website, not a login on mine. When a host says yes, it shows up there, and the page tracks it all the way to live.
- The shows that said yes, with how many people follow each host and why you two fit.
- A booking button for the host’s calendar. Pick a time and I confirm it.
- A one-pager to take into the interview: what the host is likely to ask, what their listeners expect, and where to send people.
- A tracker from pitched to live, so you always know where each show stands.
One hour of talking, a month of things to share
And all of that is for one interview.

Where should listeners go?
Where do you want people to go when they hear you and love what you share?
Is this for you?
Probably yes
- You have something worth hearing: a book, a practice, a hard-won story.
- You have somewhere to send people, or you’d like help building it.
- You can show up for about one interview a month.
- You want to own what comes out of it.
Maybe not
- You only want the biggest shows in the world, guaranteed.
- You’d rather not prepare or follow up at all.
- You have nowhere for listeners to land and don’t want one.
I’ve sat on both sides of the mic
I’ve hosted interviews, been the guest, and moved my own site and list onto a server I own. The same tools that run my site run the engine.
Let’s get you on air
Tell me what you’d love to talk about and who you’d love to reach. I’m taking on a few people now, and I’ll tell you honestly whether the engine is a fit.
